Patron Services Manager

We focus on venue operations, booking, programming, marketing, and event production, having successfully collaborated with numerous venues to promote a wide array of entertainment events.

Summary

Spectacle Live is seeking a Patron Services Manager to recruit, lead and mentor a team of dedicated box office associates in our managed venues, 4 wall venues and call center. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; be highly organized with a focus on execution, problem-solving and improving processes; ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment; have prior experience with ticketing and CRM systems; demonstrated experience hiring and managing part-time employees; be able to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
  • Manage and train service staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with event planners and venue managers to meet operational needs.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor service standards and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management related to service operations.

Requirements

  • Hire, schedule, train and manage all part-time box office associates
  • Disseminate event, venue and company information to part-time employees efficiently and effectively
  • Ensures accuracy of transactions and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Make sure exceptional customer service standards are being upheld by the team to customers, artists and clients at all times
  • Problem solve customer service experience escalations
  • Manage and maintain office and ticketing equipment inventory and call center phone system
  • Fulfill internal and external ticket requests, show credits and seat inventory management
  • Works closely with Booking, Marketing and Events Managers
  • Assist Director of Ticketing with other duties as assigned

 

Location

This position is based at Spectacle Live’s offices at 100 Merrimack Street in Lowell, MA. This is a full-time in-office role, with occasional responsibilities to be carried out at Spectacle Live’s venues throughout New England. Candidates requesting work-from-home or hybrid schedules will not be considered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and basic computer skills required
  • Excellent organization skills required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required
  • Prior live entertainment or event experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
