COVID-19

When a show is cancelled or rescheduled, we will email all ticket buyers, post on our Facebook page, and update our event schedule page with the new performance information.

If a show is rescheduled, you can choose to attend the new date or receive a refund. If you would like to attend the new date, you don’t have to do anything. Your tickets are valid for the new performance date. If you can’t attend the rescheduled date and would like to request a refund, please email info@spectaclemanagement.net and include your full name and order number. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for refund processing.

If your show is cancelled, all refunds will be processed automatically and funds will be returned to your credit card. You do not need to request a refund.

All Spectacle Management tickets are sold through Etix. If you purchased through Etix, we will be handling your refund via the process described above. If you purchased through any other ticket seller, you need to contact them directly to receive a refund. 

Please email info@spectaclemanagement.net and include your full name and order number so we can make arrangements to process your refund.

Our staff is taking recommended precautions and working remotely.  As such, the Lowell Memorial Auditorium Box Office and Spectacle Management’s business offices are presently closed to the public. Please email info@spectaclemanagement.net or call 1-617-531-1257 to contact us.

Only events that have been cancelled or rescheduled are eligible for refunds. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will communicate that to all patrons and make refunds available at that time.

We are working as quickly as possible to reschedule as many shows as possible. With every show, by every artist, at every venue in the country being moved, it is a time-consuming process. Artists must decide when they wish to tour again, and at that point venues have to find available dates for the performances to take place.

Our Services

We recognize every venue and arts organization has different needs. Some venues may need a full-time operator to manage a building 24/7/365. Other organizations may have different needs, and are only looking to outsource a certain role or department. In that case, we can provide, for example, just marketing services or booking services, or a combination of services to support your operations.

Promoters, Agents, & Tour Managers

We are both. We will often promote shows at-risk in our venues, but we also buy shows for clients that do not have in-house booking departments.
