Founded in 2012, Spectacle Live specializes in providing expert services to performing arts venues across New England. We focus on venue operations, booking, programming, marketing, and event production, having successfully collaborated with numerous venues to promote a wide array of entertainment events.
Job Overview
Spectacle Live is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to fill a leadership role within our growing team and help achieve ticket sales revenue goals. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; be highly organized with a focus on execution, problem-solving and improving processes; be able to think critically and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment; have prior experience with live event marketing, including digital marketing and media buying; demonstrated experience managing employees and executing company goals through effective team management; be able to work nights and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee marketing team members in revenue-generating positions whose day-to-day responsibilities include email & SMS marketing, public relations, organic social media, group sales, memberships, premium ticketing packages, on-site marketing activations, and customer relations
- Be the primary marketing department representative for artist management, agencies, and outside promotors. Fulfill needed deliverables, including the collaborative development of marketing plans, and the communication of those plans to stakeholders
- Coordinate and execute public announcements and on-sale rollouts for events
- Point of contact for Rockhouse Partners (contracted marketing agency) for all Google/Alphabet campaigns
- Develop Marketing Department Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist VP of Marketing with other duties as assigned

Location
This position is based at Spectacle Live’s offices at 250 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford, MA. This is a full-time in-office role, with occasional responsibilities to be carried out at Spectacle Live’s venues throughout New England. Candidates requesting work-from-home or hybrid schedules will not be considered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and basic computer skills required
- Excellent organization skills required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
- 5+ years of live entertainment marketing experience
